USA Shipping & Returns Policy
At Santa Fe Sun Handmade, we proudly offer authentic handmade wearable art created by talented Native artisans. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and require proper handling and care to maintain their integrity, we maintain a limited return window.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please email with your reason for return along with photos of the piece.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Undamaged and free from signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

Returned with all original tags attached

Returned in the original packaging

In resellable condition

Shipping Damage Claims: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the item and the original packaging (including the shipping box and any packing materials) as they were received. These photos are required for us to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, without photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging, we may be unable to obtain reimbursement through the carrier's insurance and cannot guarantee restitution.
Because these handcrafted pieces are often one-of-a-kind and made with natural stones and sterling silver, proper care and handling are essential. Items that show damage, excessive handling, scratches, stone damage, alterations, or missing packaging/tags may not qualify for a refund.
For approved returns, Santa Fe Sun Handmade will provide a prepaid return shipping label with insurance included to help ensure the safe return of your piece.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our end.

CANADA Shipping & Returns Policy:
At Santa Fe Sun Handmade, we are proud to offer authentic handmade wearable art created by talented Native American artisans. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind works of art, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order.
We currently ship to Canada using fully tracked and insured shipping services. Orders are carefully packaged and typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and customs processing but generally range from 6–10 business days after shipment.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/HST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient when required.
Santa Fe Sun Handmade is unable to estimate or collect these fees in advance.

Because our jewelry consists primarily of handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces, return requests that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs documentation required for the return shipment. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, taxes, or failure to claim the package may be subject to return shipping charges, customs fees, and other costs incurred. Any applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
